Purchasing Guide
Why do product codes and dimensions matter?
Use product codes, dimensions and packaging details together to distinguish similarly named products and make your inquiry clear.

A product name may not be enough
A product family can include different dimensions or packaging options. Include the full product name, the manufacturer reference if available and the dimensions you need to clarify the option you are interested in.
Include the unit of measurement
List width and length separately, with units such as cm or m. If using a catalog, add the page or product reference so that different dimensions are not treated as the same item.
Distinguish units from packs
Specify whether your quantity refers to individual items, packs or cartons. If you do not know the pack contents, ask our team to confirm instead of assuming. These details clarify an inquiry; technical and usage information should be considered separately.
